At UIEduTech, we strive to provide high-quality educational content. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

3.1 Digital Products & Online Courses

Due to the nature of digital products and online courses, all sales are generally considered final once access has been granted. We do not offer refunds once course content has been accessed or downloaded.

3.2 Eligible Refund Conditions

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • You were charged more than once for the same course (duplicate payment).
  • Technical issues on our platform prevented you from accessing purchased content, and we were unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days.
  • You request a refund within 24 hours of purchase and have not accessed any course material.

3.3 Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will NOT be granted in the following situations:

  • You have already accessed or downloaded the course content.
  • You change your mind after purchasing the course.
  • You claim lack of time to complete the course.
  • The refund request is made after 24 hours of purchase.
  • Partial completion of a course does not qualify for a partial refund.

3.4 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team at uiedutech@gmail.com within the eligible period with the following information:

  • Full name and registered email address.
  • Order ID / transaction reference number.
  • Reason for the refund request.

We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

3.5 Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting UIEduTech to resolve your concern, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending the outcome of the dispute.

3.6 Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page.

  1. Shipping Policy

UIEduTech primarily offers digital products and online courses. As such, most of our products do not require physical shipping. However, this policy outlines how delivery works for all our product types.

4.1 Digital Products & Online Courses

Upon successful payment:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email at your registered email address.
  • Access to your purchased course(s) will be granted immediately or within 24 hours of payment verification.
  • Login credentials or access links will be sent to your registered email.

Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at the time of registration. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect email addresses.

4.2 Physical Materials (if applicable)

If UIEduTech offers any physical study materials, books, or kits, the following terms apply:

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Shipping is available across India. International shipping may be available on request.
  • Estimated delivery time: 5-10 business days depending on your location.
  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

4.4 Address Changes

For physical deliveries, address changes must be requested before the order is dispatched. We cannot redirect shipments once they are in transit.

4.5 Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a physical item is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
