With over 10 years of experience in early childhood education, our philosophy blends structured learning with unstructured play. We believe that when “U” (the parent) and “I” (the caregivers) work together, children flourish.
Pavithra
Co-Founder, U & I
Pavithra, Co-Founder of U & I, is a passionate educator with a strong academic and creative background. She holds an M.Tech from BITS Pilani and brings 4+ years of corporate experience to her teaching approach. Pavithra is certified by Trinity College London in both Theory and Practical examinations for Musical Keyboard and has also completed the Master Level in Abacus. With over 5+ years of teaching experience across colleges and universities, she is dedicated to nurturing children’s academic, creative, and personal growth through engaging learning methods.
